Full Job Description

Reproductive Specialists of the Carolinas (RSC) is a national leader in fertility treatment, offering a comprehensive range of modern fertility care, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), egg freezing, and fertility assessments. As a Provider at RSC you will play a crucial role in helping our patients go through their fertility journey. You will ensure the highest standards of patient care, work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and coordination of initial diagnostic testing
  • Ultrasound monitoring of ovarian follicles
  • Management of IUI cycles
  • Endometrial Biopsies
  • Counsel, coach, educate and communicate with patients on physicians’ orders and medications
  • Accurately chart patient information in EMR
  • Provided assistance to physicians to give patient’s the best experience
  • Work with all levels of staff to deliver patient information
  • Enter required cycle data into nationwide database
  • Share call schedule with other providers
  • Perform new patient consultations
  • Perform treatment planning

Qualifications

  • PA-C or CNP certification
  • Previous fertility/women’s health experience a plus
  • Must be able to meet availability requirements
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work quickly and with accuracy
  • Ability to be a self-starter
